This summer, discover the power of creativity for well-being.
Mid Street Lab is hosting a vibrant series of hands-on workshops designed to spark joy, self-expression, and connection—with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and fun.
Led by brilliant Brighton-based mentors, our sessions are open to all levels, with limited spots available to keep things cosy and meaningful.
Workshops Include (July):
🌀 Brushes & Sounds with Luke (guitar and voice) and Chiara (painting)
Bring your brushes, watch and learn from visual artists whilst immersed in live acoustic music.
Tuesday 8th - Thursday 10th, 3-6pm
♻️ Upcycled Art & Assemblage: with Anni Axworthy and Natalia Jaffe aka SiverCloud_Art
Turn discarded materials into striking wearable art while learning sustainable creative practices.
Thursday 17th - Saturday 19th, 3pm
🧩 Wabi Sabi Meditative Painting with Helen Nestor
Embracing imperfection, tailored workshops celebrating neurodivergent minds through sensory-friendly and flexible approaches to art-making.
Thursday 17th, 11am and 7pm
